Reviews
Amazing pizza place! The thin crust is perfect, and their marinara dipping sauce is the bomb! Will definitely be back. Also, the decor is perfect and "quirky" in a good way, and the music selection was good too!
The spinach artichoke dip was not traditional, it was super peppery...very black pepper tasting, the pepper taste was overwhelming. I got pepperoni and mushroom thing crust pizza ..it was just so so. Nothing to wow about. Underwhelmed. My friends had ordered a beer and they never brought it out until we had to ask for them after they brought out the pizza.
Nice lil authentic pizza place! It's easy to get tired of national chain pizza brands so I was excited to try this place. It's tucked into the corner of the shopping center, but there was plenty of parking. I'd give this a 5 star review for flavor, but they lost a few stars because I could only get flat bread style while I was there and the portions were especially small. The fried ravioli was a dollar a ravioli and a small pizza was 10 bucks, but only equivalent to about to normal slices. I'd love to see them sell pizza by the slice! 🍕
👍If helpful, thanks! 🙏
The atmosphere is very laid back and fun. Great service, good food, and very clean bathrooms. We ordered the Cheesy Bread, Salad, and a thin crust Pizza. All of which were amazing. We also ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which, on the other hand, was not good at all, unfortunately. I will definitely give it another try as I know sometimes it depends on the cooks. I'm not a drinker, but they do have a variety of beer as well. My husband had no complaints in that department. Overall, it was great and kid friendly.
So, I was very excited & had high hopes for Lost Pizza considering how beautiful and unique the brand looks. As soon as me and my fiancee entered we were scoured at by multiple employees which made me feel uneasy but we ordered anyway. $70 later we received our Greek salad which was very good and our 2 pizzas "Hippie & a all meat pizza". The pizza had fresh tasty ingredients however there was very little sauce and was bland. Overall the food was okay and the service was awful, it's like they were offended they had to their jobs. We were friendly and didn't ask for much so I'm not sure why all the negative attitudes and mean looks?!?
Sadly I have to agree with a couple of the previous comments. Yes the food is great, the brand is good but the front staff need to learn how to do service correctly. My dad and I placed a take out order for 3 people. The cashier asked for a name for the order. We sat down and waited for our order. 45 mins later we still had no order and others were waiting. All the dining in customers were served, even those who came in long after us. Those of us who did take out orders were not served and were still waiting for our orders! We finally approached the counter and asked the status of our order. Two people in front of us were still waiting for them to prepare their order and they were there before us! When I insisted to ask for our order the cashier went over to a delivery bag and took our order out! We saw him put our order in the bag 20 minutes before. Our name was never called and why was it put in a delivery bag???! We were still waiting there right in their faces!! After an hour we left with our order!! Basically don't take out here, they apparently prefer dine in customers.
Went into this place looking for the next great pizza franchise to invest in (that's what I do, I also have a great brand in the area we are currently developing which is why I'm in the area again).
Had really high hopes, the brand itself is a 10 star. Great branding! The interior space is also awesome and would do well in any market if the rest was put back on track. I rated the atmosphere a 2/5 not because the inside wasn't great, clean etc. but because the service just made the vibe/feel of the restaurant very unfriendly.
The service got a resounding 1 star as seems to be the trend for this brand unfortunately. We came in about 60 minutes to close, plenty of time for a pizza place and we got out well before closing, probably 20 minutes before, but were glared at like the enemy when we walked in, not greeted at all, just kind of stared at until we ordered. Once I left a fat tip, the attitudes changed a bit but I wouldn't say friendly was a good description even after the tip. More like, a little more accepting of our presence in their restaurant.
Food itself was probably a 2 or 3 out of 5. The cheeses and crust on the thick crust are both good, cheese was obviously well sourced and probably aged. There was a complete lack of sauce and the sauce that was there was pretty flavorless.
Overall the brand has good bones but needs a cultural retrain but based on some of the responses the ownership has given to some of their reviews, I think it's a top down problem. Basically the attitude seems to be "hey, if you don't like how you got treated, go somewhere else."
That's unfortunate as this brand has the bones to be the next quarter billion dollar brand with the right leadership and recipe adjustments. The recipe adjustments are minor and can be easily fixed with the help of a strong Exec Chef. The cultural problems I'm not so sure. That starts from the top down and if the owners don't want it, it will never materialize.
I hope this feedback helps and isn't just disregarded. You have the makings of a brand that can go far. You'll only be limited by your commitment to quality in both the food and the service end.
Good luck!
